The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They take the time to make sure the bike you are looking at is set up and adjusted for you, even when you are test riding a bike. After the purchase, Brian, the store owner, personally went through every critical peace of equipment with a torque wrench to be sure the bike was ready to go. Yes, I would definitely recommend this bike store to everyone!

We came in to look at a 20-inch bike for our grandson. We were very pleased with the service.
We feel bad that we do not remember the young man's name who helped our grandson pick out the appropriate bike. He took his time giving him guidance and safety instructions. He is very pleased with the bike, and we are excited to start taking him on some rails to trails bike rides.
We look forward to coming back as we want to encourage our other grandchildren to get outdoors with us :)

I found all the staff at OutSpokin Bicycles, Devine street, Columbia to be very friendly, helpful & super quick.
I needed to tires removing which felt like they were glued on and new tires putting fitting. This was turned around within a 12 hour time slot, only because I arrived at the end of the day to drop off the two wheels & pick up the following day.
