I brought my electric bike in to get it looked at. I was having issues with the seat, front tire and the front brakes. The technician took the time out of his busy schedule to look at the bike on the spot. I was so grateful for this. I explained to the technician that I was not in any particular rush to get the bike back. The turnaround time was great!! The entire staff was so helpful. If I ever have any more issues with my bike I will definitely be heading to Outspoking bikes!!!!
