I needed a new mountain bike helmet and the selection and styles/colors were just what I was looking for. The outspokin employees did an awesome job in helping me get the correct size of helmet explaining the safety features of it.

Excellent selection, bought a TREK Marlin and my son loves the bike. And, the fact that you get lifetime service on your purchases, WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE. Needed the Marlin serviced for our son to use at N C State. Took in on Wednesday morning and it was ready by the end of the day.
Bike was in great condition, now it's better that Excellent.

Looked around before finding unspokin and It had exactly what i needed , I received fast and courteous service. This will definitely be my go to store for all my bike wants and needs.
I have primarily dealt with Matt, who has been such a source of help in guiding me to the best possible resources for my bike. I most recently purchased a new bike seat from him, which is absolutely perfect! It is the most comfortable seat I've had! He is also very patient with my many questions, and multiple trips concerning questions about my bike.
