Had my Bosch powered Surly BigEasy brought in for warranty service.The entire staff that I was in contact with were awesome. My bike was there for two weeks.They totally made sure the bike was out of harms way,while waiting for Bosch to mail out the necessary parts to get the bike up and running. Couldn't be more pleased with their service and attitude. Many thanks to

Anders is a true asset to this company. It’s very knowledgeable friendly goes out of his way to make his clients feel special. Definitely would recommend anybody. Long Beach branch is the best.
