Sam helped us find the perfect bike for our child! Each bike and it’s functions were explained allowing us to make an informed decision. They did not have the size we needed in that store. So Sam had one transferred from their other store all assembled and ready for us to pick it up within a couple days. We really appreciated the information packet that came with the bike explaining all the services that are provided with the purchase. It also contained information on how to register the bike with police department if it was stolen. All around great experience.

Clearly the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time! Sam at the Boise store was exceptionally helpful on the phone by locating the item I needed even though it was under an alternate SKU. This item is really tough to find so I'm also impressed IMT had it in stock--I couldn't find any other seller that carries it. The item shipped quickly, arrived on time, and was in perfect condition. Amanda left a handwritten note inside the box thanking me for my business. Unbelievable. I will continue to shop IMT!

I was there to fix a tire and then BACK because the back one blew on the way home. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Finly (my pup) sure enjoyed all the love he got while we waited! You've definitely got a customer for life. Top notch service!

The service is unmatched. I’m not an expert, but appreciate the talent and care, including the simple explanations the staff provide me. When I leave I feel like an expert. There is no place else I go for my skis or bike.

Great product variety and you even have my size (a fairly atypical 30 or 31 waist and 34 length. i dont often find that. Staff are also great. I really love coming in to the store.

Mechanics know what they are doing, do not try to upsell, and are friendly. I've purchased 3 bikes in the last 2 years, and will choose IMT over all the other shops.
