Dax assessed the bike pump I bought a year ago but had constantly had problems with and he determined that it was a faulty pump. Not only did it confirm my suspicions, but he gave me a replacement. Very good customer service. The biking tuning I had done was also done quickly and efficiently.

I was looking for something on google. Idaho Mountain Touring came up. First time I ever heard of this store. Had what I was looking for in-Stock. Placed an order thinking it would be slow. I love my Townie Go ebike. I had a problem with clips coming off the underside of the rear fender. I brought it in the morning and by noon my bike had a new fender. These guys are awesome!

I purchased an electric bike from Idaho Mountain Touring in Boise last year. I had an issue with the fenders early on & then a flat tire. I took my bike to the Meridian store & they fixed them promptly. They were friendly & helpful.
When I took my bike in for a battery check & a rattling fender they gave the bike a complete overhaul. I noticed there was too much movement of my bike driving to the shop. Brian came out to see if I had my bike secured to the rack tight enough. I didn’t.
People there are very helpful and knowledgeable!
