Becky was incredibly helpful and worked with me for a long while answering all my newbie questions! She treated me with kindness and respect regardless of my skill and knowledge which I so appreciated. Sometimes you get the stank eye when you don’t know everything and need to ask, but she made the entire experience so great that I won’t go anywhere else for my biking needs! 10 out of 10 overall for both Becky and the store!

I like your staff who have been very helpful over the years in both service and sales. I do wish however you had a larger store with more inventory overall, including gear, parts, bikes. I recommend this store to all my friends but need to also tell them to drive downtown to the main location if they need more.

I love that he gave me an advice not to waste so much money on a cheap bike when I can buy a brand new one instead of tuning it up and carried the bike for me in n out. Lovely people there.
