Unbelievable service, every small business should model their service after these guys. I wasn’t certain I’d make it down by the time they closed to pick my new bike, so I called, they ensured they’d be around.
When I got there I needed a bike rack, they installed and demonstrated. They took the time to explain the nuances of my bike. Stayed 30 minutes after closing time to make sure I was confident with my new ride.
In this day and age of clocking in/out, this was a refreshing experience.
