I purchased the bottle cage for my daughter who lives in Boise, I live in NJ. I try to come out to Boise 3 times a year. I enjoy biking with my daughter so I rented a bike from Idaho Mountain Touring in June. I’m coming back in October and will be renting a bike again. Very easy to book and a great bike for riding. Service. Even though you didn’t have a product that would meet my needs employee offered a suggestion of a place that would potentially have something. This service brought me back to purchase other items I needed. I feel that this shows you care about your customers even if it doesn’t result in a sale. This is why I try to buy local when I can.
