Always great customer service when I go in to Idaho Mountain Touring. Chris has his staff trained up to be excellent customer service representatives. The staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s fun to “talk shop” with like minded employees like Dustin and others at the service counter.
The shop almost always has what i need for DIY repairs or maintenance on both bikes and ski equipment.

I was looking specifically for a Smith Forefront 2 mtn bike helmet in Camo size small. You guys had it and the price was finally right! I wasn't sure I wanted to spend how much this helmet cost, but it was totally worth it and I love i! Also you guys shipped it out like lightening and it got here in record time for my night ride on the trail for the full moon! Mucho appreciated! Now, if I can just make it to Boise at some point have heard nothing but great things! Kudos!!

I brought my old bike in for servicing. Jake was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He put a lot of work into doing a needed major overhaul, until he suggested that I consider replacing it with a new bike. He set up a new bike that met all my needs. When I picked up the bike Jake wasn’t working but the rest of the staff we’re really helpful. They went over proper maintenance and care and helped me load the new bike.
I’m really impressed with store and service shop. I will definitely be a return customer.
