I was delighted to find exactly what I was looking for when I visited. I had not visited in ,Pammy years, but will return as my needs expand.
Informative - accommodating - knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Even though the shop was so busy, attention seems to be given thoroughly to each customer.

My son didn’t want to spend 2499 on a trek Verve 2 which is an entry level bike so we went to another bike store that only sells electric bikes in Venice and after comparing he determined that the Trek was worth the money and in fact the better bike.
Amanda was so helpful and thoughtful when trying to fit the right bike to our needs, and super patient. It was a great experience. We love our bikes.

We had a very short wait to get into the store and then the salesperson was able to quickly find the perfect bike for my son. We were able to make the purchase, get the bicycle set up and be on our way in just about an hour!

Knowledge of the space and professional interface. Yo can have a simple problem with your equipment fixed quickly without any pressure make an additional purchase. Every time this has happened, made an additional purchase of my own volition.

Outstanding service. This was my 7th bike purchased from Helen's over a 30 year period. In all that time I have stayed with Helen's because of the level of service. Erik was fantastic. He spent a lot of time with me going through the pros and cons of hardtail vs. full suspension for my new XC mountain bike and going the extra mile to call distributors about the right drop post for me. Monty as well is always pleasure to work worth, sharing his insight and perspective. Frank too stepped in to share his mountain biking expertise. In short, I love Helen's: the team is not only passionate about bike riding, but committed to providing the highest level of service to both new and experienced riders and both at the time of purchase and thereafter. All and all, that contributes to the my overall joy of riding. Thank you Helen's!

Going in for the first time, I felt comfortable, and well taken care of! Let's start with their COVID precautions. This location truly cares about their customer's health! Everyone wears masks, stands 6 feet away from their customers when talking to them, and makes sure there's only a certain number of customers in the store at once (I even saw them gently ask someone to wait outside as he was just sitting in the store waiting for a friend/family to shop)! The customer service is also fantastic. I told Gant what I was looking for that day and he immediately took my budget into consideration while showing me their inventory. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything, gave me his opinion on items I asked about, and even provided me lots of safety tips for being on the road since he knew I was just starting out. I was looking at an expensive item and he told me what was good about it, but also why it may not be necessary for me at this time, and helped me find something better suited for my needs (and cost less, too!) He never made me feel pressured to buy anything he showed me. Gant didn't care that I didn't know anything about biking, he just wanted to make sure that when I got out onto the road, that I stayed safe no matter what! I'm glad this is the closest bike shop to me, as I'm for sure coming back whenever I need anything bike related!

I liked the selections
I brought my bike in due to problems with the tires. The service people particularly Paul, were very helpful, the work was done quickly, and I couldn’t be happier.
The salesperson who helped me was very kind and patient. I also appreciated that he helped me get the bike attached to the rack on my car without me having to ask!
