Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have something in stock, they order it and it arrives within a few days. The tech team is always willing to check your bike if there is an issue right then and there and get you on your way in very short order. They are the best in the business and while it's a bit of a drive for me to get to them, it is always well worth the trip. They get it right the first time.
I'm very happy for the Trex I purchased from Helens Cycles there's just know other one to go with thank you very much

Great Service
Costs are just very high. Also, I noticed after getting my bike back that the rear tire is somewhat worn. It would have made sense for your team to recommend replacing the tire since you were already replacing the wheel and needed to take off and put back on the tire anyway.

Helen’s Cycles has always been my go-to for my cycling needs. They are incredibly responsive, usually fixing things right there on the spot. Daniel is super helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to everyone:

Daniel's super knowledgeable, easy to talk to and helpful. The guys in the repair shop are pros, efficient and do good work.
Mario and Greg are amazing. They were extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. Mario helped with us when dropping off two bicycles, Greg on the way out. Greg also took his time to make sure I understood information about my next bike (road bicycle). I've been going here for the past 20 years and will continue to do so!
I like the service department. They are very responsive. My only slight concern is that things are a bit expensive. It's obviously not the fault of the service department.

Service wasn't so great on this day. Staff didn't seem as interested in helping and were a little hard to talk to. They did some adjustments for me, but those actually made the shifting problem worse, and I had to go home and figure out how to adjust it myself to get it working properly again.
Great vibe at Helens Santa Monica, have rented a Cannondale road bike a couple times for my rides in Malibu, Adam gets you sorted promptly, they set you up with everything you need and have a great selection of nutrition, kits and equipment for purchase.
Shop is well laid out with large range of budget to professional level road, Mountain and electric bikes. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
I have not used their workshop yet but they appear to have many bike techs and good quality tools, the rental bike i have hired has been well maintained every time.
Great service and they give a great 1 year warranty for any repairs you may need!!
Great job, very effective, nice staff, quick service. The only thing is that I asked for a kick stand to be added to my bike and they said that they would do it but forgot. I don't need a kick stand but it would've been nice. Just because they forgot about that 9/10, but really amazing staff.
This was my first time buying a bike (and visiting Helen’s) and I couldn’t be more happy! I worked with Johnny and Cameron and they listened to my goals, gave very insight advice and didn’t push me into any purchase. I felt comfortable and looking forward to go back and buy additional gear!
