It was great! Bike was awesome, service while picking it up from Adam was great. He made sure that I got new cleats so my shoes could attach securely to the pedals you kindly provided for me. My only feedback I have for you all is that the free water bottle you included with the bike was low quality, making it almost unusable while riding. Its cap could never be fully screwed on meaning every time you squeeze it to drink out of it, it spills onto you. I appreciate the gesture, but the bottle should really be of higher quality, like the high quality of the bike you provided! Thank you.

I bought my bike at Helen's and it was a great experience. I took it for a test ride and it rode great. The salesman answered all my questions and I got a good price on the bike, as well as a few add-ons. I also had the bike serviced at Helen's and the work was completed very quickly.
Your mechanics Wilbur and Eric are probably two of the best bike mechanics in the city such respect and professionalism. That’s why I’ll always come there for my maintenance needs. They are truly awesome.

I have been going to Helen's cycles since 10/30/2004 - the day i bought my bike, and i have been having it serviced by you ever since - except for the occasional flat i get - where i have to go to the closest place on foot to my flat - I go to you. Thank you for exceptional service for the past 21 years and counting.
It feels welcoming to come to Helen’s and the service team knows how to fix things. I feel safe and taken care of. It’s got that old fashioned personable vibe and you always have everything I need.
