I stopped by on Saturday to get a repair on my tire. Chris said it was going to take a couple of hours since he had some other bikes in line, but he had it ready in one hour. Great service! Very professional. Thanks!
Options and service by team members
Road Ride on a Sunny and Hot mid-Sunday. Hear a roaring forming, look at my back tire, it's going flat. Great, I have no tool kit on me. Luckily I was half a mile from the Cahaba-Pelham location and they were about to open. Didn't wait long for noon, BUT they opened up and welcomed me happily, fixed me up quicker than it took for me to walk there! Love Cahaba and their staff!

Too expensive
Staff was very helpful and took time to explain everything about each product. Felt very reassuring about my experience in the store given that I am new to cycling.

The staff at Cahaba Cycles has a crazy level of expertise and, more importantly, never seem to acknowledge MY lack of knowledge. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and happy to recommend what you need.
Prices are clearly marked online, called and spoke with Gene about a bike. He was super nice, and very helpful with all of my questions. He took the time to go check inventory and put his hands on the bike I was looking for. Completely full service from ordering to processing and shipping. Will definitely recommend friends and family to check out Cahaba Cycles.
The people are the best! I'm not proud of it, but it usually only takes one bad encounter for me to move on and find another store. But that never happens at Cahaba Cycle! It's like the Chick-fil-A of cycling stores :)

Bought a new saddle one day. Brought it back another and they sawed my pole put on the saddle, moved my reflector to the oposite side, installed my phone holder, and filled my tires with air so I could test drive, for free!
