Basically, everything you want from a bike shop.
Stopped in to the Oak Mt. Location to get educated on ebikes. Knew little to nothing and was going to be my first one. Brooks spent over an hour teaching me about ebikes and let me ride a couple. Young man was very knowledgeable and is one of the reasons I bought from Cahaba Cycles. They even matched internet pricing! We ended up buying two!
Guys are always great at Cahaba Oak and take good care of my fleet of bikes. Thank you.

Great staff and products
Bad experience at Bobs bike shop. I called your shop they had the Adventon Adventure I was looking for took a test ride loved it. I bought it they took it into the shop and did a once over was fitted for a helmet bought one the salesman helped me load it into my truck took it home road it for 9.5 mile couldn't be more happy with the purchase.
Great customer service. Would rather drive 2 hours to purchase from Cahaba than shop my local bike shop. They lie, don’t value customers, and don’t know how the product.
Jeremy and Emily at Cahaba Cycles in Trussville are amazing. Emily helped me get set up with a Trek Marlin 5 last October and Jeremy helped my wife and kids get set up with their own Trek Marlin 5's as well just this past week. They both were a wealth of information, were gracious to our lack of experience, and helpful in getting the bikes adjusted to each one of us. Their encouragement to try different trails and equipment we may need as progress has made us big fans of these two people and Cahaba Cycles. Thank you for taking care of my family!
I stopped by without an appointment and they took me immediately. A worker walked with me to my car and carried my bike inside. He replaced my chain, and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes.
We came in close to closing this past Sunday and the representative was extremely helpful
I went in to discuss a flat tire that had been a constant issue, they were able to make a quick repair and I purchased a second tube to keep on hand. The service was fast and the staff incredibly friendly. They told me if I had any issues with the new tube to bring it back and they would try a different tube. I couldn't be happier with the price (amazed at how low it was compared to past experiences at other shops) and I now have a new Bike Shop I will be using for all future needs. Definitely will recommend to all my friends.
