There was a communication failure. That lead to labor and a parts installation that I was not apprised of, and that I would have not agreed to.
They recognized this and ate the cost of work and did so without hassle.

Bikes are nice and the store has one for every type of rider
I stopped by to ask about some adjustments on a kid's bike and they were able to get to it right away. I was prepared to drop the bike off but they had it adjusted in about 10 minutes.
They took time to listen. Called with estimate. Got repair done in timely time. All were very friendly making a customer at ease.
