Quick turnaround on service
I visited the Oak Mountain store 3 weekends in a row to get parts for a project I am working on. Each time the person helping me took the time to talk me through what I needed and gave me advice on how to approach the task. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I wasn’t there buying a bicycle, but I was treated just like I was there to purchase a $6,000 bike.
The bike looks like new, the chain and tire rubbing noise is gone; however, gear 8 slipping and pedal snap back still happening.
Correction of gear 8 was the main reason for the maintenance check. It will be nice to ride without having my ankle jammed.

I'll be bringing my bike back today for more service- I don't think it was fixed correctly. A minor final QC check after the repair in the shop should have caught it.

The sales people made us feel welcome and handled our need for a new tube (mid-ride) very quickly.
I brought my bike in they said they will have it done and in no time I got a message saying to come pick it up they were very friendly and they communicated nicely.

I went in to discuss a flat tire that had been a constant issue, they were able to make a quick repair and I purchased a second tube to keep on hand. The service was fast and the staff incredibly friendly. They told me if I had any issues with the new tube to bring it back and they would try a different tube. I couldn't be happier with the price (amazed at how low it was compared to past experiences at other shops) and I now have a new Bike Shop I will be using for all future needs. Definitely will recommend to all my friends.

The team at the cahaba cycles store in Trussville always exceeds my expectations. Everyone is always friendly and seems excited to be there. They completed my service and tire install way faster than I expected. I always enjoy stopping in there and as long as I live in Birmingham it First name removed be the only place I'll buy a bike.
