The shop is awesomely run. Grant did a great job interfacing with me for some pretty significant work on two bikes. It took some time to get parts in and that is expected—but I always knew what was up and I am very happy with the service I received. Also props to grant since he was always quick to respond to texts.

my wife and i were in the dark on electric bikes but we wanted to try some.Virginia showed us several bikes and we test rode them and found the 2 we liked.also we had to buy some accessories to go with them. all the staff were very helpful.i would highly recommend them to looking to buy a bike.anyone

Plain and simple; Cahaba has your back, and there for you and your bike from the get go! Every since i bought my first road bike from them 2 years ago; whenever I come in for maintenance, they go through my bike with a fine tooth comb and give me the best advice on any issues I may have. Cahaba is just a get bike shop to be associated with.

We were met at the door by Charlie Fountain who was very professional and helpful. He first asked what we were looking for in a bike and with a few more questions had several bikes to show us. He was not pushy or hard sell and let us take our time with the selections that were offered. The next day we bought two Trek Marlin 6 plus bikes and have been enjoying them since. Repair was done professionally and communication was great.

Jason and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They patiently answered every question and took the time and effort to help my son and I to pick out the perfect bike. It is people like Andrew and Jason that have made us life time customers and will only shop Cahaba cycles from now on.
