Staff at the store were super helpful as I came in with a tire puncture the evening before a race. Being from out of town and less than 2 hours before most places close, Kenny was helpful in getting me squared away and also teaching me a thing or two. Great staff!
Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed on time and at the quoted price. All around great experience.
Fair price, responsive communication, speedy delivery
Jeremy had two bikes brought to the shop so I could try them both out. He went through the differences of each bike. He didn’t try to sway me either way. He was honest and helped me out with finding the other things I needed (pedals, shoes, helmet, etc). I ended up getting a bike I liked that fit me that was within my price range based on the experience I have right now after not riding a mountain bike since my early 20s (I’m 52 now). I am 6’4” and he also helped with getting wider bars and a seat post that sits back a little farther. Chloe and Jeremy did a fantastic job of getting my bike ready for me. I love it and I am excited and ready to get to riding here in Alabama.
