Super helpful and friendly, great all around experience
I recently had trouble with my bike shifting to the lowest gear. The shop analyzed the need, repaired the problem and had my bike ready for my upcoming weekend race.

I have given up my car for the summer! Yesterday while I was out on my bike running errands I noticed my tire was damaged. I rolled in to your shop and was immediately met with a smiling face and my tire was repaired on the spot! Thank you so much for always taking care of me and my bike.

You have a great selection of bikes plus accessories for any class rider. The thing I enjoyed the most is that the employees that you have working in the store that I went to in Trussville do not mind answering all your questions no matter how dumb you think the questions are.Chris Barksdale helped me with my repairs as well as some new equipment including a nice secure bike rack for the trailer hitch on my suv... The employees are super knowledgeable and very helpful with info and recommendations. They are also the only LBS nearby that is open on Sundays.
Generally speaking, the work done on the bike was very good. It took a very long time - but I get that this is because my bicycle is old and getting parts is a challenge. A bit more communication on getting parts would have been appreciated.
What was disappointing to me is that when I went to pick up the bike, there was a pretty lengthy delay in "finding" the bike. Worse, the bracket for my light was placed "sideways" and not where it needs to be. And, as usual, the tires were not pumped up. Spending $650 plus for repairs, I would think would not require me to fix the fixture for the light. I know that this is a relatively minor inconvenience and I am filing this survey out because it also is a very easy fix and if I owned this business, I'd want to get this tended to. Thanks. I did an online order, which was very easy. Cahaba Cycles' communication was great from the time they received my order until the time I picked it up. I'm bad at remembering names, but I think I dealt with Kenny and Andrew in the store at Pelham and they were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I couldn't be happier with my new bike and helmet.
