Service department bikes are repaired in a timely fashion
As soon as I got on bike the brakes went out I took it there and ask to fix brakes they put new cables on so they said then told me that the calipers we’re getting bad why didn’t they replace calipers then said that I needed to switch from mechanical to hydraulic brakes why didn’t they call me and say that’s what I needed but no they put new cables on knowing it wasn’t going to work they even told me it wasn’t going to last I feel like I was robbed for 95bucks cause they did that knowing it wasn’t going to last it was a waste of money cause they didn’t call me and say this wasn’t going to work I could have put 95 to replacing brakes instead of wasting money on cables that didn’t last a 5min

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff all around. Chris at the Trussville location helped me find the right size, called around to locate the bike, and took the time to explain the Trek model I was interested in as well as another model I was considering.
The guys at the Cahaba Heights location had the bike ready, helped get everything set up, and even put on a kickstand. I was still about 30 minutes away, and it was close to closing time when I arrived, but they were incredibly nice and never made me feel rushed. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

The store is immaculate. The staff is courteous and very helpful. My wife and I were immediately greeted and asked what, if anything we needed help with. The manager of the store took the time to explain everything we had questions with in detail. I feel bad for anyone that just goes online and buys a bike. Visiting the store and receiving professional advice, being able to see the bike and even test ride it before making a final decision was very comforting. They honored the online price and even gave me the discount I received for the online interaction. I don’t know if there was anything that could have been more pleasant about the whole experience.
