Ben - went over the top in helping me quickly diagnose a bike problem and then he helped by fixing the problem and showing me how to donut at the same time. I stopped by the shop after an 18 mile ride on a newly waxed chain that did not sound right. He provided quick help. Thanks!!!
As always the team took great care of me with all of my needs. The team has been working diligently to solve a brake issue I've been having and it has been much appreciated because I know it can be frustrating but you wouldn't know it from the way they accept the challenge. It's always good to come in to a store and feel like everyone is the priority. I don't trust my bikes with anyone else.

More training for working with children/first time riders. Everyone was kind and well-meaning, but the test ride went poorly. We left with a scabbed knee, and it took a lot to get our 3 year old back on his new bike that afternoon.
No need to do anything for us specifically. Only a heads up re: future kiddos.
I purchased a level 2 bike service, rear breaks wasn't working when I before service repair ir after. My card was also held a hold for charges, and charged at the same time for services foe five days . I've purchased two bikes from this store and customer service has never been this terrible. I've explained my issues with the store manager and he just shrugged his shoulders. Every time I entered this store I was never greeted as a customer. When I told manager I was unsatisfied with customer service, and that I would write a review, he just said o.k as if he didn't care. I really enjoyed shopping at this location over the years, but I refuse to spend my money where I'm not appreciated as a customer.
