Your sales staff was willing to take the time to chat about the selection of items I was interested. I did not get the 'bum's rush'. I have dealt with your Burrard Street store since is opened. In the interim I bought two bikes, a Cannonade in the late 1980s and a Trek mountain bike about 10 years ago, plus various cycling items over the years. I consider your store to be one of the best cycle shops in the city.

I have found on the North Shore you have the best/most open staff who talk to me intelligently, like I know bike stuff (many treat me, 40yo Woman, like I know nothing) a d offer help knowledge or part tips in a helpful not condescending way.
