Your sales staff was willing to take the time to chat about the selection of items I was interested. I did not get the 'bum's rush'. I have dealt with your Burrard Street store since is opened. In the interim I bought two bikes, a Cannonade in the late 1980s and a Trek mountain bike about 10 years ago, plus various cycling items over the years. I consider your store to be one of the best cycle shops in the city.
