The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I had a nice chat with the technician who recommended me the best options and gave me competitive pricing. He also gave me some tips on what to look for when buying a new bike. I visited this location a few times and also purchased a SegaFredo shirt which is way cool :-)

I had brought in a red trek Roscoe 6. Ordered a wheel which initially didn't fit but it wasn't a big deal.
I got sorted with a new wheel which is running great, and the guy helping me really knew his stuff. I appreciate you holding my bike for 3 weeks when I know real estate is so important in bike shops. I'm from Abbotsford so I really appreciate not having to do multiple trips.
