Mark was a great service technician! I went in only for fender re-alignment, but he went above and beyond to help swap paddles (which were recalled by manufacturer), lubricate the chains, even swapped breaking pads and gave me excellent tips on maintaining the bike. My bike now rides so much better than before! Huge improvement! Thank you Mark. He truly has a servant heart, so lovely. Inspires me to be more enthusiastic about helping others.
The team was very responsive to what I was looking for and even placed a bike on hold - without a deposit - for a period while I completed my research. I ultimately purchased the bike and, although there were a couple of add-ons that BSP was unable to accommodate, the communication through the process was timely and clear.

The gentleman in the back that fixed my tire was very professional and did a good job and Milan the gentleman that assisted me in finding a bike to suit my needs was very knowledgeable and congenial.
I made a phone call on Monday afternoon and talked with Oliver, By 6:00 pm I was the proud owner of a Trek Remedy 8.
Oliver was amazing, walked me through all the features on the bike and made comparisons to other alternatives all in a non pressured way. One point that stands out is the fact that Oliver walked me out to my vehicle and helped me load the bike.

BSP always has the best service. They've let me park my bike inside while I shop without hesitation. Product selection is very good and they've treated me well even when I'm just looking for small things like tubes. I can't attest to buying a bike or getting tune ups from them, but I they're always working on sick bikes and are very knowledgeable.
