Staff was super helpful
The staff member was very knowledgeable about gravel tire and was very helpful in helping me with my decision, I ended up w purchasing the Panaracer Gravelking SK plus, I glad I went with the plus as they seem to be a lot more beefier along the threads which should help with punctures.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I brought in a bracket for a bike trailer when I picked up the bikes, and without any hesitation they got to work putting it on the bike to make sure it wouldn’t interfere with the bike’s performance. Overall it was a great customer experience.
In a word...'personalized'. Although there were a number of customers while I was there, each of us received undivided attention to the point that I felt I should let the fellow move on!
The star were truly outstanding! I needed new handle bar grips and they immediately suggested two types and offered to install them immediately fur me. Friendly approachable staff and quick efficient service from Clem with a smile. Could not ask for more!
