Honest , prompt, kind, experienced advisor/salesman, answered all questions and gave good recommendations.
Guys were passionate experts about bikes and were able to get me on the road from a repair in no time.
My handlebars which were replaced on my bike we’re never checked before they gave me back the bike. As a result I road a few blocks and almost had an accident on the bike because my handlebars went one way and thee wheel went another way. That was quite a liability I think. Your worker when I brought it back was very apologetic but the liability there was pretty significant. I was pretty shook up. I consider myself lucky!
Best bike shop that provides great sales and service. I always take my bikes there and am never disappointed. Tim Lee runs a nice service shop.

I really appreciate the workers effort to make purchasing a bike and bike materials accessible and coherent. They are extremely helpful and offer great advice. Furthermore the products are great quality and come with an extensive collection.

Everyone in the store is always willing to help - no ask is to small - from putting air in your tire, to bike maintenance, to cycling conversations everyone is on their game.
Super attentive and helpful staff who answered our all our questions and was also kind to our 12 year old kid. Didn't feel like we were being upsold anything.

The service was amazing, the hospitality was also amazing, you guys have an incredible staff that is very helpful especially when a customer such as I needed to be educated on several items I purchased. In addition the staff was very patient when explaining their products which is a huge plus, comfortability is so important in customer service and your staff was displayed that which I appreciated.

I don't know the name of the young person who helped me but they were amazing! They patiently talked me through all my lock options. I think the only feedback I have is that it's not clear when you arrive that you can enter to purchase gear, or that it's allowed to enter to purchase gear without waiting on line - I initially thought I had to join the repair line. That's all I got! All my experiences here have been positive.
