Great service and products.
Put a deposit on a bike and when I went to pick it up, they sold it to someone else. Lied and said they called me and left a message. I sent an email with a complaint about the situation and they never responded.
Mike Pelletier was extremely quick and handy finding spokes which fit my rear mtb wheel. I replaced the missing spokes later that evening, they fit perfectly, and I'm now ready to race this weekend.

Difficult processes and very cumbersome. It's not clear how to wait or who to talk to, and staff is often unfriendly.
