The shop is very clean and modern, but part options are limited and services are expensive. I was quoted $45 for a hydraulic brake bleed. A-la-carte service options are great, if reasonable priced. Their bike selection and prices were good, however.

The customer service is professional. The technicians don’t talk down to you regardless of your experience level. The techs are willing to work with you to get you back or keep you on the road.
Sales personnel are responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good variety of bikes to choose from. The specific model I wanted was not in stock but was delivered and ready for pick up within a week.

Great service..tires parts lube
I have never been to this location and walked in to look at road bikes. Ben quickly asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he spent a lot of time patiently asking my newbie road bike questions. I took a bike out for a test ride, and he even came out looking for me to make sure I was OK. He ended up watching me ride to make sure the bike was a good fit for me and recommend adjustments. He seemed very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the time he took to help me and answer my questions. I will definitely return for service and anything else I might need for my biking needs. Friendly and Helpful. We drop 90 miles because their web site said they had a product in inventory (and they did). Turns out, it wasn't exactly what they wanted but the sales person found us something else which worked perfectly. Thanks!!
Good prompt service and knowledge.
I came in to have them take a look at my bike. I would try shifting it but nothing would happen. The bicycle tech/mechanic took a look at it and said it shifted fine. Turns out the design of the bike you use the brake handle to shift gears also which I have never seen. He shared with me how to do that, went over how to do micro adjustment if the chain is rubbing, did a little tightening and sent me on my way. I was expecting a bill, but they were kind enough to not charge me for any of this servicing. Helpful, very kind and offering of knowledge. I would recommend this bike shop to someone new in this hobby or to someone looking for bike maintenance.

The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He took the time to resolve my issues and thoroughly answered every question I had. I can find everything I need in the store and receive proper instructions on the equipment care and maintenance. Glad the store and staff are available to assist me

I just need a flat tire fixed. But it was done well and done speedily and I was on my way in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the furry staff member wagged his tail, asked to be petted and wanted to play!
Wry warm and friendly team at Bicycle Cove. Well organized. They give very good advice on products to help you decide what is best for you. They don’t try to up sell you. As always they are not afraid to recommend a new bike!!!
