The staff was super friendly and went over and beyond to personally come out from behind the counter find the perfect gloves and socks I was looking for them to top it off she pulled up maps of really cool hikes and places to see.
So many people are too busy to take time out and relate these days ... this was super refreshing to me !
I would recommend Bicycle Cove Madison for both service and merchandise.
Service: Recently I brought my bike and was met by an employee (owner I think) who thought he knew the problem right away but didn't say until he put my bike on the rack to verify. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He rode my bike first to be sure he had addressed the problem and I really appreciated his help and attitude.
Merchandise: About 4 months ago I started riding again and little by little needed replacement items. Bicycle Cove Madison had everything I needed plus helpful staff. Items included helmet, gloves, lights, water bottle and nutritional items.

Very good service!! They didn’t have the bike I wanted at the store, so they immediately called the store right down the road and got me home up! I appreciate the tutorial from the mechanic. He showed me everything I needed to know and was very polite

Unbelievably fast turnaround for warranty replacement. Bike was rebuilt with excellent attention to detail. I emailed photos of problem on their day off, was expecting a response the next day. They sent the warranty claim on their day off, replacement frame shipped two days later. Stellar customer service.

One of the salesman picked the wrong helmet from stock. Handed it to the guy at register who proceeded to start check out when all he was supposed to do was to check stock for a different color. Finally the second salesman went back and finally found one in the stock room.
