I highly recommend Bicycle Cove in Madison if you are looking for a great buying experience...especially as newcomer. My wife and I decided it was time to get out there and get moving again and wanted a low impact way to begin. We visited this store and the highly knowledgeable staff a few times before making the decision to buy. They went above and beyond to inform us and NOT to oversell us. They made sure we understood our options and made sure we purchased the bicycles that were right for us. If you have any questions or concerns, I assure you they'll answer it with professionalism and kindness.

Had exactly what I needed. I actually messaged on the HAMR discord asking if anybody had a spare gxp threaded bottom bracket kicking around because I bent my cranks, my spare old set needed a different bb, and I couldn't find the spare gxp bottom bracket I had in the garage. Rob responded saying you had one in stock at the Hampton Cove shop so I came by and got it.

If you have a question, they have the answer. Ruth was very knowledgeable and offered advice in addition to answering my question first. You could tell that it was her passion and she gets excited about helping others. I will visit bicycle cove for ALL of my biking needs and I advise you to do the same!
