When hovering over "Very Likely" or "Not Likely" lines, there is no indication of that being a link or clicking the words has any effect. When the tiny "view this message is a browser" link is clicked, the resulting page does display and work as expected. At least in Chrome on my PC, not sure about my phone.
Ashley very promptly repaired my broken spoke and returned my bike to me when promised.

Bicycle Cove had what I needed in stock. Their knowledgeable staff answered all of my questions.
Just purchased a 2022 FX 3 last week that specs say comes with Shimano disk brakes; however, mine came with Promax. I think this should have been mentioned by the sales staff and I be given the option to see if you had another bike in stock (maybe boxed) that had Shimano? In other words, I feel I should have been made aware of this change before purchase and given an option of choice. I did not know of this change until I brought the bike home and was comparing my bike to pictures on Trek's website and noticed my the brake difference.
I have read many articles and the Promax brakes do not rate as well as the Shimano and if I were given a choice I would have selected the Shimano since this is what I thought I was purchasing in the first place.

The service took a very long time, one month for two bikes. That would have been okay if I was expecting it, but I was expecting a week or two. Also one of my derailleurs came back shifting poorly. I had to spend some time on it myself afterward to get it shifting well.
