Great store, easy to find items. Excellent sales associate (Michele). She was very knowledgeable and able to quickly identify items for my needs. Very pleasant. Service associate had the modifications for my new bike done in a very reasonable amount of time.
I had a flat tire on my bike. The guy seemed so intent on being sure that the both the tire and the tube were thoroughly checked. He showed me a line tracing around on the tire and how he wanted to be sure tire line is perfectly aligned with the edge of the wheel rim. Finally, he put the assembled tire on a tire frame and was sure that it rolled correctly without any wobble. Good job.

When hovering over "Very Likely" or "Not Likely" lines, there is no indication of that being a link or clicking the words has any effect. When the tiny "view this message is a browser" link is clicked, the resulting page does display and work as expected. At least in Chrome on my PC, not sure about my phone.

Just purchased a 2022 FX 3 last week that specs say comes with Shimano disk brakes; however, mine came with Promax. I think this should have been mentioned by the sales staff and I be given the option to see if you had another bike in stock (maybe boxed) that had Shimano? In other words, I feel I should have been made aware of this change before purchase and given an option of choice. I did not know of this change until I brought the bike home and was comparing my bike to pictures on Trek's website and noticed my the brake difference.
I have read many articles and the Promax brakes do not rate as well as the Shimano and if I were given a choice I would have selected the Shimano since this is what I thought I was purchasing in the first place.
