Had a broken chain on an old bike. Only repair option presented to me was a very costly overhaul which was not really advisable given the age of my bike. I had to inquire and push to get them to consider just fixing the chain itself for a nominal fee. Would have appreciated it if they had presented both options from the start even if the fix was not guaranteed. Felt like the only option they pushed was the expensive one. They seem like good people but I would have felt more comfortable with the business if they had presented all options not just the "ideal" solution.

Appreciated the assistance getting my husbands bike in and out of the back of my car. Needed some new tubes for the tires. The mechanic said he could fix it up while I waited. Fast friendly service, checked brakes and adjusted the handle bars too. Nice to get it done in one trip.
