I’m new in the Athens area. Beginning to get back into condition after a hip replacement last September. Bike needed servicing and Bicycle Cove was the closest shop. Your service offerings looked good so I brought my bike in. I think it was Jerry ( from New York originally) so sorry if I got the name wrong! He was especially accommodating. We arrived at a price for service and some tires/tubes. Got a call from service on way home and a “ no issues, we can handle it” attitude came across! I picked up the bike a few days ago. I must say, it looks terrific- like new!! Rides like new too. You guys are everything you advertise. Thanks for the future hours of fun I’m gonna have on my old friend!

Services was great. All work/purchased parts was explained. I did not feel like I was rushed in and out.
I would have liked my electronic shifters to be charged.
There was only one person working on a Saturday and I waited for 10 mins while the one person went to other people to sell bikes without acknowledging me or letting me know he’d be with me…or asking what I needed to prioritize his customers.
After dropping my bike off, no one called me to let me know approximately when it would be ready.
Some basic customer service courtesy is really lacking.
But clean shop and took care of the job!

They worked very fast with superb efficiency and made the bike look handsome and rides like a dream. Even went the extra mile by adding some easy yet beneficial features to the bike and discussed some items they had in mind to keep the bike period correct!

You have a varied range of bicycles to choose from based on competence comfort level. All of your employees are very helpful and have the right level of experience. Frankly, your sales are normally pretty good deals. I impulsed-bought a bike Saturday because I knew from experience that it was a good buy at that price.
