We are first time ebike owners who needed helmets and gloves...the Bicycle Cove folks were very helpful with any questions we asked but not overbearing in trying to make a sale. We ended up getting both helmets and gloves!!! Thanks again Bicycle Cove!
The OLDER gentian who sold the bike to us was GREAT!! I wanted to get a seat for a different bike but wasn’t sure which mount it had. He said of if I came back he would ho or the discount because we just bought the bike. That was on Saturday the 7th of Feb. we went back on Tuesday the 10th and purchased the seat needed. A young man probably in his twenties waited on me. He wasn’t very professional at all. I told him I was told if we came back we would get the discount. He said I didn’t buy that bike there. I explained that the other gentleman said they would honor the discount because we purchased a bike. He blew me off and didn’t give me the discount. Not a very good representation of you business…

Was quoted almost $1000 to tune up two bikes. Way too much. I bought the parts and did the work myself. Took 3 hours and about $125 in parts for somebody who doesn’t work on bikes. You’ve got to be reasonable on your prices.

Patient while we checked out multiple bikes for my wife and resulting in a “no pressure” sale. His demeanor combined with the high quality bike inventory made it an easy decision for us to purchase the first new adult bike for my wife. I had Bicycle Cove assemble 3 bikes I bought on line for Christmas. The shop did an outstanding job, accomplished the job on time, and stored them for no charge until I picked them up the other day. Price per bike to assemble was well worth it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They did identify an issue with one of the shifters but got that resolved. It definitely paid to have professioanls assemble the bikes. I know they are all tuned up, operational and safe to ride. Thanks for all the help.
