Going to charge over a hundred dollars to install brake pads, I mean c,mon it just four bolts. I did it in about ten minutes. And you said that there was a.three week turn around time. Sounds like you need to hire more mechanics.

Excellent service. They fixed the brakes on my bike and it was covered by the Trek warranty program. It pays to purchase locally and develop a relationship with the dealer. Excellent experience.

They were able to resolve my issue (replacing a shifter on my eBike that got broken in shipment) and give it an overall safety tune up. Now I can ride with confident!
The work on the bike was good but I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix very basic repairs (a tune up and 2 new tubes). I was told they would call me when it was ready, which is what they had done before. They even had me make sure I had the name saved in my phone so I would know it was them.
After 1 month of waiting I didn’t hear from them so I had to call and find out the status and they gave me a kind of snarky “that bike has been ready” but no one ever reached out to let me know.
Would I give them another shot at fixing my bikes? Yes but I guess next time I will be more be more diligent about checking on it.

They were kind, knowledgable, and fast. My daughter had her gears fixed in less than 24 hours. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
