I have been riad biking for 3 years now The Service at BC has improved vastly. I am very confident in the workers knowledge and ability.. I do most of my own adjusting and tuning, but need help once in a while. Thank you.... In the road bike world Sunset owns the 'FITTING' is done by Brandon at Sunset.. if youcould break into that market... reasonable priced.. it could help your business. $300 is wsy too much... everyone - everyone elks off with a new Specialized seat and $40 shoe inserts.
Michelle and Chris were honest about the work, parts, and expense necessary to recondition and repair my old recreational bicycles and suggested I might be better off buying new bikes
from the store of original purchase. They did not push me to buy a higher end bicycle from the Bicycle Cove. They were honest, polite, and helpful.

The staff here are phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and answer any questions or concern regarding service, routine maintenance, or just recommended adjustments. It's never about the 'upsell', they are always genuinely helpful. Frankly, the servicing visits for my Electra e-bike have been cheaper than I expected! They give real timelines for service completion and always reach out if there are any part delays. I live about an hour away so this is essential for me. So happy to have found this crew to trust with my Townie Go and will 100% be buying my next from them as well.
Michelle did a good job of introducing us to your inventory of e-bikes and we ended up with two “really interesting” bikes (Aventon Pace 4s) that we’ll enjoy for years to come!

My bike had so many issues that needed fixing. They put a new suspension seat, new brakes, fixed all the squeaks and now my bike just glides. I love it

I’m just getting back into bicycling after 45 years. these bikes have come a long way since then I feel like the quality of these trek bicycles is top-notch. as far as customer service goes, it was top-notch too. Mike was very helpful. He took his time. Told me everything about the bike. Let me test ride it and then set it up to fit me. I would highly recommend bicycle Cove to anybody looking for a top-notch bicycle and great customer service thank you very much.
