Friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Cove kept me up to date on the progress as my bicycle was being repaired and serviced. I picked up my bike yesterday, rode 10 miles this morning and it performed wonderfully, smooth shifting, no problems whatsoever. Bicycle Cove is great!

Wait time was a little long.
The bigger issue was the guy helping me. He had a condescending attitude and was trying to upsell me on items I didn't want.
I came in to get a cable fixed.
He tried to sell me a chain and cassette. I can chang the chain and cassette. I wasn't comfortable sorting a stick shifter from a broken cable.
Anyway, I let it marinate for a few days, then picked the bike up. I then proceeded to pay a local student who races bikes and works at a shop part time.
I'm sure I'll get a call on this one, but your guys can't just treat people like they don't know anything (I'm sure a lot of your customers are uninitiated but read the room).

Michelle did a great job answering all of our questions and helping our 5 year old feel comfortable on a bigger bike. She gave him the confidence to try as well as some good tips for me as I support him learning to ride. We came home with a great used bike that he looks forward to riding!
