We like the tai chi classes, but do miss the 7:30 a.m. yoga classes with my favorite teachers.

2. Equipment is well maintained

One issue: With the Coronavirus still spreading, members should be required to wear masks. Many of my senior friends have not returned because they believe the risks to their health are too great.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of exercise equipment and a lot of it. Because The Y in Arnold is so large, it is possible to exercise without being in close proximity to others-- an important consideration because of Covid.
