The equipment is always updated and solid. Also the SAUNA (a huge reason I go to the Greater Annapolis Y)!
Been going regularly since 2009. I have a wonderful friend group from there, and I know many people in the area. Staff is always cordial and helpful. I think it accomplishes what your goal for it would be.

I love the exercises classes. I've been going to Body Pump with Angela and Jessica, Pilates with Nikki and Yoga with Chris and Becky, and they're all great!

Every single one of the Zumba classes, Marlene's EverFit, Katrina's BodyPump, Victor's Circuit Training Gold, Michelle's Pilates are my favorites. Eva from Towson substituted Barre and Zumba this Friday and she is the best instructor I've ever had there BY FAR!
All the Y Associates are very helpful and friendly and always greet you when you walk in. I especially like the Classes at the Y. My favorite is Body Pump with Jessica and Angela. Both are excellent Instructors and make the classes very challenging, while always practicing safe procedures while lifting weights. I have referred a few of my friends to the Y and they all like the cleanliness and keeping the equipment up to date. I have only had positive interactions with employees and other clients at the Y. I have been a member of the Y, before it was the Y for at least 30+ years and love going the gym. It always makes me feel better mentally and physically. They have something for everyone of all age groups. I am definitely a lifetime member and absolutely love the Y. Very Satisfied Customer, Pennie Burroughs
