I love the Y. I go there about 3 to 5 days a week. Mostly Zumba but Pilates cycling whatever class fits my schedule. Or sometimes weights or machines. All the staff and instructors are very friendly. I love all my instructors, they definitely keep me wanting to come back.
Exercise classes are my favorite activity. I like the instructors and the variety.
I am hoping that you can offer some additional group exercise classes.

Wonderful space, state of the art equipment and the best of all: very polite and helpful staff.
instructors and staff are very friendly and welcoming. the instructors are fun and talented.
Variety of equipment, open space to workout. Personal trainers, particularly Nic, are knowledgeable.

We like the facilities and classes. We are still hoping for an additional day for Everfit, the senior version.

I like being able to get exercise in a friendly place with good equipment and a safe environment.
I like having the Y stay open until at least 2 or 3 PM on the days before major holidays so that I don't have to undergo circadian shock to maintain my exercise schedule.
I like it when the Y in Central Maryland stays open until 10 PM as does the Y in DC.
I like how communal it feels. Even though i don’t know people, when i am there, i enjoy seeing people interact and talk to each other. I enjoy that it’s like a family/community.

Spacious, inviting and great location!
What I do like is the clean, open areas with plenty of equipment. What I don’t like are the clients who have NO idea of gym etiquette! They tie up several machines at a time and spend more time playing with their phones than working out.

The showers had No warm water a few times. That was in the early hrs. In the A.m..But that was months ago. Now it seems every time I go it seems Okay, No issues.
Clock , as you enter the Mens locker room.was hanging up on wall as you come in. It’s a good place to have it . So you don’t loose track of time. Late for work, school etc..Someone had moved it to back left corner sitting on table by hair dryer?
