I love the Y. It is a great place for working out meeting others and doing work. Please add more HITT classes as well as kickboxing and other martial arts styles. I would also put the spin class in another room or renovate the existing room the sound is really bad.
I tell my students and friends I use the Y (I call it "the Club") all the time--great job in the renovation, large size facility, wide variety and number of machines, and different classes offered. Way to go, Arnold!! :D

The friendliness of the front desk staff is great and I like the variety of classes available.
I like the options it has. Love the Stay n Play. Wish the pool was bigger or had a slide. But that's ok. Wish there were a couple more squat racks and deadlift platforms like the bench press area has several in a row.
I like everything, except the one sided media on the TV's. Can we have one changed so we can get other opinions please? Or is it one way or no way?

Nice people and a comfortable environment
The Ymca is a great place. I just had a Sunday morning spin class with faith in Pasadena and it is the best I have ever had. It was a no nonsense cardio class. Thank you Faith. All the spin teachers are equally awesome. Brandon, Steve and Lara all bring different fantastic styles.
Family atmosphere. Breadth of services. There is truly something for every member of the family.
