I have been attending he arthritis fitness class as much as I can on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Mary Major. I live part time in Annapolis and am not always here to attend but I really miss those classes. Mary is a fantastic teacher. She is tuned into her participants problems and does exercises to help improve those very problems all the while entertaining her class with her
funny stories. She is extremely helpful to one and all and has so much caring and compassion for her students.
I am so thankful for the very warm water. Without that water being that temperature I would not be able to attend classes because of my Osteoarthritis.
I love the people in the class and over the years look forward to seeing them when I come.
We had a wonderful Christmas Luncheon yesterday which gives one a chance to get to know others in your class in a more personal way.

The facilities are clean and the personnel are friendly and helpful.
What I like is the variety of the equipment available.
What I don't like is when the ellipticals are unplugged, which happens every week, or when they do not work.
What I don't like is when the workout group leader was blasting his voice and his singing all over the gym. I was so loud that I could not hear what was coming through my ear buds on the elliptical. I complained a few times to him and to the woman at the door, and there was little change. He should be fired.
Great and varied classes. Wonderful personal trainer (Mark Fleming). Pleasant people working at reception -- cheers me up every time I enter or leave! Happy the snack bar is back in business. I like to hang out there sometimes with my exercise friends. I also appreciate the public service efforts and community outreach.
It is easy to get to. The instructor seems like a good fit for our daughter
You guys have convenient hours and friendly staff - intermittent water problems have been frustrating but hopefully worth it once the remodel is complete!
Mark Fleming is a great trainer! He knows how to make modifications based on individual needs and it’s obvious he cares about his clients. He makes the workout fun! I’ve made friends in the small group training sessions and look forward to going. Prior to Marks workout groups, I never went to the gym consistently. Since starting with him over a year ago, it’s kept me accountable & Ive been going regularly since.
Love the swimming lessons, especially coach Jenny. She has significantly help my grandson be comfortable in the water and now he is actually swimming using his arms, which is huge progress for him
My experience with the Y has been consistently outstanding. The masters swim program at the Y is superb and clearly one of the best in the area. I have tried to recruit more swimmers to the program and I'm sure the program will grow in the future.
Clean environment and friendly staff.
Kids need to be let in the building without a problem when they have a tennis racket and water bottle in hand and they say their parent is parking and dropping their sibling in childcare
