Convenience , state of the art equipment, cleanliness and what it does for my overall health. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I forgot to mention the general atmosphere and being around other people who care about their well being, both mentally and physically. My intention was not to meet people or the social aspect of the Y, but I must admit I have met some outstanding people of which I look forward to seeing. Keep up the good work guys.
The staff is extremely helpful and flexible with scheduling. The equipment is always clean and working properly. Patrons are respectful of others when using free weights and equipment.
They are friendly, they open on time, and they appear to consistently follow CDC guidelines.
Courteous and cooperative staff. Always looking for ways to improve the Y experience for its members.
The basketball court! Although it is very frustrating to get off the court for activities that are not basketball related, ie. rowing. Doesn't make much sense because I pay a lot of money a lot for a gym that doesn't have room for the basketball court.

The offering of classes and access to workouts in varying forms has always been a positive experience for us at the Y. Even in times when we have to wear masks while working out (except in the pool) still allows us to do what we wish to do. And they are excellent about sanitizing the equipment after each use, too! We appreciate all their efforts to keep all of us and them safe!

I've been a member for a few years and have always been pleased with the facility, equipment and staff members. In the last almost year, my visits have been curtailed out of caution but I was there in Arnold on Sunday and have to say it seems all safety efforts are visible and are being enforced. I don't know when I'll resume my daily early morning workouts as I now work from home and have set up a mini-gym here but it's reassuring to know the Y is safely available to me when I choose it.

I've belonged to the Y in Arnold (formerly Big Vanilla) for 15+ years. The entire building has been remodeled beautifully, with all new machines, and I don't think I'll ever quit, as long as I live in Annapolis!! The safe distancing practiced during the pandemic has been outstanding. Fabulous!!

I love my Y!!! This has been such a huge help during COVID since I live alone and feel very isolated at times. Here I can interact with like minded people and stay healthy. Thank you so much - I would be lost without the Y!

I like the cleanliness of the facilities and the group exercise. I wish you had more evening group swim classes. I work during the day and manage to build it in, but work comes first and I would take full advantage of classes after 4pm.
