The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of exercise equipment and a lot of it. Because The Y in Arnold is so large, it is possible to exercise without being in close proximity to others-- an important consideration because of Covid.

It was clean. I think the indoor pool could have been cleaner. Stuff was floating in the water.

I love the Y. It is a great place for working out meeting others and doing work. Please add more HITT classes as well as kickboxing and other martial arts styles. I would also put the spin class in another room or renovate the existing room the sound is really bad.
I tell my students and friends I use the Y (I call it "the Club") all the time--great job in the renovation, large size facility, wide variety and number of machines, and different classes offered. Way to go, Arnold!! :D

Private swim lessons for my kids was life changing! The instructors are awesome!

One issue: With the Coronavirus still spreading, members should be required to wear masks. Many of my senior friends have not returned because they believe the risks to their health are too great.
