The staff at front desk are friendly and professional, especially Priscilla! The Silver Sneakers instructors make classes lively a d fun. The housekeeping staff keeps everything in tip top shape!

I never knew it would be such fun you have a number of things to do but unfortunately, I am still working so I can only appreciate the weekends since, you don’t have many clases after 5 p.m during the week. I also filled the recommendation card for tai chi during the weekend or after 5 pm during the week. Line dancing would be good too! I enjoy the arts and craft, the pool, and of course your wonderful gymnasium!!!!! Will never leave and go anywhere else! YMCA is stuck with me.
The YMCA is family oriented and it is convenient as well especially for families. There’s several activities to do. It keeps you active.
The employees and those who work there are friendly and kind. Great costumer service!

Please extend class offerings & offer later weekend hours for the Youth and Family center pool! 5pm is way too early to close, especially with the sun setting later in the day. Otherwise we love the Y. I love that they are always upgrading our Y and making it better!

They have one of the best front desk teams in the game. Plus, Xavier and Faith are pretty cool trainers

I am a 77 year old senior and have very few family here in Florida. The NW YMCA is my daily outlet. My doctor says that I should get exercise. I tried to walk outside but I got rained on, i.e. my eyeglasses got wet, I couldn't see, my flip flops got wet and I was slipping and sliding in my flip flops, I was soaking wet, and I never walked outside again. So for my exercise, I rely solely on the NW YMCA. I can drive there in 13 minutes.
Classes are great the Y is always clean equipment works and the workers are friendly and helpful
I enjoy the fitness classes. Ed Rigo and Mark energize me. Excellent fitness classes.

Xavier was outstanding at helping me create a very reasonable and usable workout routine. He listened to my situation and the goals I had, and we worked from there. Could not be happier.
Great staff and equipment. My only wish is that it open on Saturday and Sunday the same time
as during the week days (5am)
Also the cost is very reasonable and they have a lot of excellent classes.
