Great facility full of friendly people!
Great staff. Great exercise equipment. Great programs.
I’ve been enjoying my early morning workouts at 5:00 AM, as it’s much less crowded. However, I’ve noticed some issues with gym etiquette that could be improved. Specifically, members often use a machine and then immediately perform secondary exercises like dumbbell curls or crunches right next to it. This is not only unsafe due to equipment being left on the floor, but it’s also frustrating for others who are on a time crunch and waiting to use that machine. Additionally, could you please add another long shower mat in front of the showers? Currently, water from the first shower drains across the middle walkway, which creates a hazard. On a positive note, the staff and trainers are incredibly friendly, and I truly appreciate the warm greetings I receive every morning!
I use the Y for classes and some of the equipment for strength and well being. I enjoy the variety of classes offered, especially for seniors.
The staff is absolutely wonderful. We had Mr. Cole and he was very patient with my son and helped him overcome his fear of the water. Mr. Kaiden is also amazing! He always checks in on our progress and seems to genuinely care about us as a family, we love working with him!
Great program and excellent staff
The facility’s operation is very good. It’s clean and well kept. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the umbrellas were changed from last year at the pool. My grand children really enjoy the pool and they always make new friends. I can enjoy the pool because the lifeguards are doing a wonderful job at keeping order and everyone safe.
I like the family atmosphere.

It's clean, uncrowded and the staff are very helpful. The machines are arranged well, the free weights are in one area, cardio in another. Downtown has a dry sauna and hot water showers. I wish the steam room was in operation but it's all good otherwise.
I have no complaints.
The amount of resources and care provided is unmatched.
getting awful crowded at times. Machines are packed. People who uses weights are using them to sit between sets. It is taken twice as long to do a workout.
You are fadng a problem Disney has, too many people

My original reply of O was not a reflection what I thought about the club. Rather more of the aspect of not having any friends or family in the area and I did make that clear in the original survey.
Today, I received a call from the club to inquire about my negative response which I cleared hopefully. I did receive good help in reference to reservations for racquetball for which I was seeking clarity.
Just wanted to thank YMCA staff for following up.
Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, personal trainers that encourage and push accordingly, and instructors that love what they do. Also, lots of equipment and spaces to work out with weights and/or machines.
I love the Y and all that you do for the community, summer camps, and especially during covid watching all the first responders kids. The employees are so friendly.

Absolutely love the YMCA the gym floor, the outside workout balcony, the kids pool splash area. I just wish that the toys in the infant room and the children’s room were a little bit more to date. The toys in the impact room specifically are very outdated in the Matt in the infant room has a lot of staining on it. For the little ones that don’t have the best immune system it can pose an illness risk.
The camp has been a wonderful experience. My daughter has had so much fun and made friends. She has been well cared for while at camp and overall had a great time!
Its a big beautiful Y and the people are always friendly.
