I really enjoy all the exercise options offered at no additional charge - such as the group classes and the pools and the health clinics. It makes a difference!

Love the atmosphere…good machines, good instructors, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Love Warren my spin instructor and Nikki personal trainer. Pool area is fantastic.

Staff is friendly and there are many different classes to choose from. I’ve met new friends and it’s wonderful to see so many people of different ages having fun!

Friendly environment someone is always at the front to greet or help you when you need help with anything ,the place are kept clean as well as the restroom,no one bother you when you are working out .I love it there great place.
