The Campo Y is fairly new, modern, and well-maintained. It offers many of the amenities, classes , and equipment that are popular. In addition, the staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Great customer service! For me, in particular as a senior, I especially enjoy the Campo Y's Active Older Adult (AOA) program that offers monthly social activities (bingo, potluck, arts & crafts, birthday celebrations, etc.), as well as informational sessions on senior-related issues (health, finance, etc.). The AOA program provides an important community service for seniors offering social and informational resources to help alleviate the isolation and lack of knowledgeable resources that many seniors experience. Also, the Campo Y is a participant in the Silver Sneakers program, making its facilities and programs accessible to many seniors that may not otherwise be able to afford a membership. It's always a pleasure to go to the Campo Y!

Gym is good, staff are great, just do something about the people that can't or refuse to rack their weights properly. It's like the wild west of any plate goes anywhere.

Well maintain equipment, convenient location, friendly staff
I’ve been exercising at YMCA of North Brandon for a long time, I always go to the Silver Sneaker the instructors are very good, my 17 yr old granddaughter also go either to the gym or to group fitness and she loves it.
Showers could be a little cleaner!! The new machines are good but if not technically savvy, you would not be able to watch tv while doing cardio.
Good customer service
The Y is filled with very well trained, educated and motivating instructors. The front desk has fostered an inclusive and welcoming attitude that is pervasive through the entire facility.

The managers and staff are the heart of the New Tampa Y and they are a major part of what makes it such a special place. Front desk personnel always greet you cheerfully, are always there to help and answer questions if you need them and wish you a “good day” as you leave. The managers including Ryan and Connor are all helpful and accessible to answer questions or address member needs. Eamon is one of the hardest workers I know and takes great pride in keeping the building and facilities clean and well maintained. The Y provides—and rotates—a wide variety of classes, programs, and activities to cater to the needs of families and members all ages. The members themselves seem to be respectful and courteous to one another. I have been a member of “gyms” through my entire adolescence and adult life, but the New Tampa Y is, without question, the best place for health, fitness and community I’ve ever had the privilege of being a part of.

Conveniently close. Many new machines.
The instructor was excellent with the kids. I appreciated the techniques used to help them feel more confident in the water. However, the water temperature was sometimes too cold, which detracted from the lessons.
