I guess it would depend on what type of facility someone is looking for but we’ve been happy with this YMCA. We’ve been members at a few others and while some had newer or more expanded facilities I really like the hometown comfortable feel of Plant City Y. There’s enough equipment even if it is a little busier time of day. All the equipment works well and we have everything we need. The staff is always friendly and available if needed.

They are so kind here! They are always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I have also left my headphones out in the gym and the next day I can find them in the list and found.

PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD TV.S ON THE CARDO EQUIPMENT. nEW tv ARE HARDER TO USE. MANY MORE CHANNELS, BUT HARDER TO FIND LOCAL ONES.

The classes available are wonderful! Mind Body Studio is going to need more room as the classes grow. The bathrooms on the other hand could use some consistent cleaning throughout the day, open to close.
Starts at the front desk … staff is responsive, amiable and overwhelmingly cooperative. No task they can’t and won’t handle.

I have been associated with the Y for over 30 years, and it has serviced my family needs, in terms of swimming, exercise, and a meeting place.The Y has been Excellent.
You offer many options
The facilities and classes are fabulous, excellent people from the front desk to the instructors to the people that attend the Y. I love the diversity in all ways, age, ethnicity, body size, etc.
The staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean. However, the pool should be kept a little cleaner and free of bugs and sediment on the bottom of the pool. The showers could do with better pressure in the water and the smell of urine would be greatly reduced with a gallon of bleach.
I love my silver & fit classes on late mornings....and now coming on saturdays!! Who could ask for anything more! Love our 2 instructors.

The Y is a great place to get in a workout, make friends, and get your kids involved in team sports at an affordable price! Our kids even love the stay and play and youth zones which allows us to exercise in peace, guilt free. Staff are always friendly and helpful!

I've been a member of the Y for decades now, and really appreciate the community that Rickey and Shemah have developed in the spin classes.
That said, it seems that the spin room is not cleaned on a regular basis.
Comfortable, private setting with ample equipment for a comprehensive work-out.
We like the classes and especially silver sneakers zumba and spinning classes. The people who go to workout are very nice.
It is very nice to have a place to go and feel safe to work out with friends.
