Recently participated in the LiveStrong program with Moffitt. I really enjoyed having access to Trainers, Jen and Joanne, who targeted our routine based on our needs twice a week. Another treat was learning of the Alumni program offered once a week with Joanne after completing initial course. This opportunity has definitely given back some of my confidence. It's nice to see people of all ages come together to be social and to stay active.

I brought my three granddaughters that are visiting. They are 5, 7 and 10, they were so excited to do the swim test to be able to use the large slide. After passing the test we were told the large slide only open on Friday Saturday and Sunday. But I would not be able to bring the. Back because they are guests. They were very disappointed to say the least. I have a pool at my home but the slide was a big thing for them.

It has something for everyone
I love the Spurlino Y!! It has become a source of encouragement and community for my husband and I. We have met amazing members of the community as well as neighbors while working out and during the monthly potluck lunches. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly from the front desk to the trainers/coaches, class instructors and even the custodial staff! It truly is a wonderful place and we are blessed to be members.
