If we could change one thing it would be the pickup. Our kids do not like having to ride to two other schools before getting to the Y. We wish there was a more direct pickup to the Y and this is the only downside.
i love the YMCA! it has Alot of things for family and everyone is supper respectful.The one thing i would say is i wish Vollyball and basketball was till the age of 18 because after you turn 15 you age out.

The staff are so kind and take such good care of the kiddos. My daughter loves the afterschool program at Sessums.

The staff is awesome they remember you by your 1st names or last names. They always have a smile. Athena the director makes you feel like you part of a big family. The instructor are awesome for Zumba and Body Pump. Some of the mind and body instructors makes you uncomfortable.

We love Ms. Sheila!! She is the best at Anderson elementary! My daughter loves her so much! She helps with homework and social emotional skills as well! I am so grateful for Ms. Sheila!

My son has enjoyed five years at after school YMCA, generally the staff is pleasant and supportive. They show genuine care for the children, while providing sensible ways to reign in misbehaviors.

I remember having a great time at the ymca and my kids love making friends with classmates that they don’t see all day. We seem to have little ones that just enjoy the distraction from school but the keep the safety of being at school. We believe as a family that the ymca being at Mitchell has helped our daughters acclimate to their new school faster.
