I have been pleased with the fresh look, smell and feel of the cleaned carpets. I had a lazy boy love seat cleaned this time as well. It turned out really great. My carpet is 17 years old and has areas that show traffic. Austin was able to bring back the nap in the in carpet and greatly improve it’s appearance. He also completely removed many pet stains, and even the rust stains that were left by my furniture. I knew right away that my carpet was super clean when I walked on it because it bounced back when stepped on like it did when it was new. My house smells so much fresher now that the carpet has been cleaned - I couldn’t be happier with the way my living room, dining room and stairs turned out!
