The process was very efficient. I was kept appraised of the time the appointment will begin. The technician was personable and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and protectors were placed under pieces of furniture so as to not leave a spot on the wet carpeting. The carpeting was completely dry by the following morning. A stain repellent was applied to the carpeting when cleaning was finished so I am looking forward to the carpeting resisting soiling for some time. It is wonderful to have clean carpeting and the rooms looking fresh.

Quick dry, no smell
Our carpet had t been cleaned since we bought this house 5 years ago. It had many set-in stains, including more than a dozen from a cat who was frequently ill. It seemed pretty hopeless!
It now looks good as new. Amazing! No odor — the soiled carpet now smells clean and fresh. No chemical odors from cleaning solutions. Plus the friendly technician called ahead, was punctual, and did a careful and diligent job, going over the bad parts several times, until no.st as ins remained.

Suggestion: Tipping should not be included on your bill. The dollar amount you charge is already high. I paid approximately $800.00 for three hours of cleaning. I think that is more than enough. Tipping not required.
