I am confused about the request for tip when I paid my bill. I don't normally tip contractors since you get a quote or an estimate in advance for the work to be done. Do the workers not receive a good wage? Do they need tips to survive? 20% of my services would have been $120...Thank you for considering

They are very efficient and personable.what I really like is they do what they say they will. Also we had asphyxiates come back later and they came back and took care of it and no charge, it’s hard to get service like that today, but they do it.
