They could have said everything needed deep cleaning but they were honest and only a couple areas they recommended the deep cleaning as we have pets. I am confused about the request for tip when I paid my bill. I don't normally tip contractors since you get a quote or an estimate in advance for the work to be done. Do the workers not receive a good wage? Do they need tips to survive? 20% of my services would have been $120...Thank you for considering
