zerorez workers were all on time and were very professional and nice to have working on our carpets,our carpets were not new, but they made them look very nice! We have used Zerorez many times, cleaning wool carpet throughout the ranch house. We live in the country and have a large dog, so the carpet gets clobbered. Paw prints, boot prints, and the occasional bone all show up on the light color. Zerorez removes all the stains, cleans everything beautifully, and at a very reasonable cost. All of their techs are skilled and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with. Valentino was here this time and he was great. Large dog loved him.

Matt was professional , explained everything and did a great job.

I moved into a house in Cottage Grove that the owners had not maintained. The carpets were so dirty I didn't think the soiled areas could be removed. Zerorez came out and cleaned them but some of the areas were still soiled. They came out a second time and almost all of the areas that had been dirty for probably many years were clean. Zerorez would not let me pay them for the second cleaning. Thank you Zerorez.
