Zerorez is local, and easy to contact via any method. The pricing is fair and they don't try to upsell you. They schedule you, based on your needs and they let you know when they are on their way, the day of the cleaning.

The staff is local, they are competent and very efficient. Being local, you have someone to talk to if problems occur. We've been very pleased and used them for both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Would highly recommend them.

We’ve used Zerorez a couple of times now. I like the way they are on time, they are respectful to my home. They do a great job cleaning my rug and it’s not soaking wet. Carpet dries in the time they say it will, looks great. Because we have dogs and couldn’t be totally inconvenienced on one trip I’m having them back again to do our last room and another set of steps. Worked out great
