I thought he did a great job. He concentrated on the area's that had pet stains (which all the stains came out) and was very meticulous cleaning the carpets. Very nice person.

Customer service over the phone was polite, prompt and courteous. When tech arrived, very organized and gave explanation of what he was going to attempt and very detailed about the cleaning process. The tech was so great, very professional and personable, went above and beyond meticulously cleaning our tile, on top of the carpets he did great at. I felt soo good about my floors when he walked out the door!!

I like the fact that there are no chemicals left over on my carpet! The dry time is excellent and my carpet is so soft and looks almost like new! Scheduling an appointment is easy and I was able to have the convenience of setting up my appointment online! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!
