I like that Zerorez is not using chemicals or soaps on the carpet. The technician that came to our home was really friendly and went into detail when I asked questions about the process. He was really knowledgeable (just celebrated his three-year anniversary at Zerorez!) and even showed me a sample of the water after cleaning a few rooms. I appreciated the easy booking process available online and the multiple follow up e-mail reminders about our appointment. I also appreciated the special going on where we saved money by cleaning more rooms! Our carpet is now more fluffy and I feel good knowing we're starting fresh with germ-free, clean carpet.

Work fast. Green. The carpet isn't crunchy. The carpet looked better then when I moved in.

James was terrific, although he tried to clean the vinyl floor in the basement laundry, but you product wasn't able to do that. I used an environmentally safe product, made from Cedar trees. It cleaned things right up. I don't blame James....that man was completely wet from sweat when he left. Did a great job on the carpet!

By the way, and I don't have any affiliation with the company, the name of the product is Bio Green Clean, and I still have the same gallon I bought two years ago. A little goes a long way.
