Zach was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was right on time, which i appreciated, and did a spectacular job. I would definitely recommend him specifically! He gave great recommendations for our carpet, since we are dog owners. I couldn't have been more grateful for the work he did, his efficiency and thoroughness, and how personable he was to work with.

Your cleaning process is so effective! It makes our child care center carpets sparkle again. One thing however. It seems as though the last 2 times you have cleaned them, the carpets have been very wet at the end of the process.

Scheduling is easy and the crews always show up on time. The finished product is better than the other steam cleaners I have used in the past. (I worked for Stanley Steamer many years ago for a summer)

For the most part our carpets looked very clean. And our carpets were very soft. However I believe that one of our steps was missed and there was a deep spot in my sons room that keeps coming back.

We were amazed that they were able to get our carpets so clean. There were a lot of stains and they were able to clean better than expected. No harsh smells or chemicals which was important since we have pets. The drying time was fast.
